CMM supplies and fits Quandify CubicSecure. It monitors the water supply and can close its built-in valve when its leak-detection criteria are met, helping limit further water escape downstream of the unit.
App alerts & control

Optional leak sensors
Separate CubicDetector sensors detect water on contact. When paired with CubicSecure, they can trigger shut-off.
Installation is subject to a property survey, including the incoming supply, access, power and any shared supplies or water-fed safety systems. Detection timing varies; water damage cannot be ruled out. Additional sensors are quoted separately.
